Mohamed holds the National Broker Card issued by the Dubai Land Department. He brings more than 14 years of engineering leadership in buildings, facilities and critical infrastructure, most of it within major government-linked organisations. He has led the planning, delivery and long-term care of complex assets, held significant budget responsibility and coordinated consultants, contractors and authorities to a demanding standard. His remit has extended to a portfolio of more than 1,300 buildings and facilities.
He comes from the Al Rahmani family, whose Dubai trading house, founded in 1917, supplied building materials to the emirate for generations. That heritage gives him long-standing relationships across Dubai's property, construction and business community, and a practical understanding of how buildings are made, valued and maintained. For clients, it means a technically informed view of each asset and introductions grounded in trust built over decades.
Marwan is a Dubai-based businessman and real estate partner, and the fourth generation of a family whose business heritage spans more than a century. His great-grandfather founded the family's trade in timber and shipbuilding materials. His grandfather expanded it into construction materials and real estate development, and his father continues as a real estate developer.
Active in real estate since 2021, Marwan focuses on significant Dubai property: landmark towers, luxury hotels, prime development plots and luxury residences. He brings a forward-looking approach to strategic partnerships and long-term relationships built on trust, integrity and discretion.
